this is a very important piece of real estate development in Scottsdale as baby boomers age and there is a funamental lack of long-term care, dimentia and alzheimers care in the greater phoenix east valley
James, it seems like retirement communities are all over Arizona, Florida, and Tennessee.
Danny - we are approaching retirement capital of the world status.
Though, this particular community is of note and unique in its approach to dimentia care and alzheimer treatment
finally, a new retirement community and new home builder product to the market that is not like every other community in Arizona.
I am very excited that they are filling a much needed niche'!
Barbara -
having a full service assisted living, long-term care, dimentia care, and alzheimers care alongside the full luxury services offered as part of retirement living is a unique for north scottsdale new home communities
james - do you know anything about the indication of interest on this project.
I am wondering if this segment of the real estate market is equally hard hit by the recession and slow down in housing.
creative market solutions - I do not know for sure , or do I have any statisitcs.
I was told by the director of sales, that indication of interest where impressive considering the market conditions. This was also more than a month ago and a lot has changed in the last 30+ days.
I have a relative with some assisted living needs , but beyond that, there are some issues medically, that the center does not have on site and on hand,
as a resulty, a move to a nearby hospital is required if there are any issues,
having all these resources in one place is a great idea and should do very well
